Terms of Service

Welcome to LedgerIQ Suite ("Service"). By accessing or using our platform, POS terminal cashier apps, and web dashboards, you ("Client" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

LedgerIQ Suite is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform offering inventory management, point-of-sale (POS) processing, human resources tracking, and integrated bookkeeping/accounting systems.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • Fees: Access to the platform is billed on a subscription basis (Starter, Professional, Enterprise, or custom plans). You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.
  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend access to the operational databases and checkout terminals if your subscription invoice is overdue by more than fourteen (14) calendar days.

3. Account Security & User Responsibilities

  • Shift & PIN Security: You are responsible for keeping all login emails, OTP codes, and cashier/manager Supervisor PINs strictly confidential. LedgerIQ is not liable for unauthorized transactions or shift modifications performed using valid credentials.
  • Equipment Compliance: For locations utilizing localized receipt printing or offline cashiers, you are responsible for maintaining hardware (printers, barcode scanners, tablets) that meets our minimum specifications.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Operational Entries: LedgerIQ is a tool to record transactions. We are not responsible for cashier key-in errors, incorrect inventory stock calculations (such as inputting incorrect unit costs), or errors in automated tax computation.
  • Uptime & Outages: While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for business revenue losses resulting from internet disruptions, database timeouts, or third-party server outages.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of Metro Manila.
