  • Account Details: Business name, owner email address, corporate tax identification numbers (TIN), and contact information.
  • Employee Information: Names, attendance records, biometric/PIN hashes, and payroll details (if utilizing the HR module).
  • Transactional Data: Sales logs, client databases, stock levels, vendor unit costs, and general ledger journal postings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly to:

  • Authenticate logins and active device sessions.
  • Provide real-time inventory deductions, POS checkouts, and financial reporting.
  • Process secure token authentication and prevent concurrent login breaches.
  • Resolve technical support requests.
  • We will never sell or share your business transaction history, client lists, or financial ledgers with third-party advertisers.

3. Data Storage & Security

  • Location: Your data is stored securely in encrypted cloud servers. All passwords, session tokens, and PIN keys are hashed before database insertion.
  • Session Logs: The system monitors active sessions to prevent concurrent logins on unauthorized devices. Session logs are automatically cleared once a session is closed or expires due to inactivity.

4. Your Rights (under the DPA)

You and your registered employees retain the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we store.
  • Request corrections to any inaccurate records.
  • Request complete deletion of your workspace data upon account cancellation.
